Madonna wants the media to leave Britney Spears alone. "They need to step off," she told the "Yo on E!" satellite radio show.

Madonna's positive energy will prevail, Britney will make a speedy recovery, they will release an album together in 2010 and the movie documenting the critical events will be released on DVD in 2011.
